Maria WONG Ka Yee entered the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts with
scholarship in 1987, and received the Professional Diploma with High
Distinction. She was awarded a scholarship to attend the San Francisco
Conservatory of Music in 1992 where she earned a Bachelor of Music,
studied with Mr. David Neuman of the San Francisco Symphony.
Maria WONG has been teaching on the faculty of the Hong Kong Academy for
Performing Arts, University of Hong Kong and Hong Kong Institute of
Education since 1995. She has been very active as both a performer and
teacher. She is the National Chairperson (Hong Kong) for International
Clarinet Association.
Maria Wong Ka Yee est entrée à l'Academy for Performing Arts de Hong
Kong avec une bourse en 1987 et a reçu le diplôme professionnel avec la
plus haute distinction. Elle a ensuite reçu une bourse pour étudier avec

l'Institut d'éducation de Hong Kong . Elle est très active en tant
qu'interprète et enseignante. Elle est présidente nationale (Hong Kong)
de la International Clarinet Association.
