In 1994, Nathalie Rozat was awarded a unanimous first prize in flute under the tuition of Sophie Cherrier at the Paris Conservatoire National de Region.
Two years later, she graduated from the Paris Conservatoire National Superieur de Musique with a first prize in chamber music from the class of David Walter and unanimous first prize in flute from the class of Alain Marion and Vincent Lucas.
Nathalie Rozat joined Orchestre Colonne as flute co-soloist in 1998 while following a piccolo class at the Paris Conservatoire National de Region under the tuition of Pierre Dumail. She graduated from the class with a unanimous first prize in 2000.
She became solo piccolo in 2003 with l'Orchestre National d'ĩle-de-France.
Nathalie holds the pedagogy certificate (Certificat d'Aptitude) and has a passion for pedagogy. She teaches both flute and piccolo at the Paris Conservatoire National de Region.
She also runs master classes in France and abroad.
1er Prix à l’unanimité du Conservatoire à Rayonnement Régional de Paris dans la classe de Sophie Cherrier, Nathalie Rozat est ensuite admise au Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique de Paris dans la classe d’Alain Marion et de Vincent Lucas, où elle obtient un 1er Prix de musique de chambre et un 1er Prix à l’unanimité de flûte.
Elle se perfectionne par la suite en piccolo auprès de Pierre Dumail au Conservatoire à Rayonnement Régional de Paris obtenant un 1er Prix à l’unanimité ;
Titulaire du Certificat d’Aptitude et passionnée de pédagogie, elle enseigne la flûte et le piccolo au Conservatoire à Rayonnement Régional de Paris ainsi qu’au Pôle Supérieur Paris Boulogne- Billancourt ; et est régulièrement invitée à donner des master class en France et à l’étranger.
Elle est depuis 2003 Piccolo Solo de l’Orchestre National d’Ĩle-de-France.
